Do I need to download another app?
No. RallyRag works directly with Google Calendar and Outlook, so the schedule lives in the calendar you already use.
Which calendars does RallyRag work with?
RallyRag currently supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
What happens when a game time or date changes?
When RallyRag receives and verifies a supported schedule change, it updates the existing calendar event automatically.
What happens if a game is postponed or canceled?
When supported official status information changes, RallyRag updates the calendar event to reflect the latest verified schedule information.
How quickly are schedule changes updated?
RallyRag is built to update automatically after supported changes are detected and verified. Timing can vary by sport, source, and when official information becomes available.
What information is included in each calendar event?
Events can include the opponent, date and time, location, TV or streaming information, and game details or insights when available.
Will RallyRag create duplicate events?
RallyRag is designed to update the existing event when schedule details change instead of adding a new copy.
Which teams and sports are available?
Current launch availability is shown on the Subscribe page. RallyRag will add more teams, sports, and conferences over time.
Can I follow more than one sport?
Yes. Team + All Sports includes every currently supported RallyRag sport for the team you choose.
Can I follow an entire conference?
Yes. At launch, Conference + Single Sport includes Big 12 Football.
Can my calendar email be different from my billing email?
Yes. Enter the email tied to the Google or Microsoft calendar where you want RallyRag delivered. Stripe can use a different billing email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through RallyRag's billing portal. Your subscription stays active through the end of the paid billing period and will not renew after that.
